upgraded to 3.0a now slide show & Highslide do not work

I just upgraded to 3.0a from 2.5.7.2 now the slide show and Highslide do not work. Any help would be appreciated.

My guess would be it is caused by the rewritten urls

Instead of
http://bridgestonemotorcycleparts.com/index.php?action=gallery;sa=slideshow;id=433

If possible I would try disabling rewritten urls for the gallery if it has options to do that.
