I created a member group and cant find where to set the permissions so they can see the ads. Can somebody help? using Rc2

It is located under each ad location for membergroups. You have to edit each ad location then checked off which groups to see that ad location.

Thank you,I was looking in membergoups not in Ad Seller ;)
