Yeah it is something with permissions.
Recheck all the files and folders in the downloads and make sure they have the same permissions

After uploaded the file, i face one problem with smf shop

I didn't install smf shop.

You must have had it installed at some point. To fix look inside your smf_settings table in the database and remove the entry for shopVersion

I removed shop version 3.0. But still have problem

Did you remove the entry in table? Even if it is blank the shopversion field must be removed as well or renamed.

That should be it since that is what controls if adds or not. If not you can remove that line in downloads2.php to fix it.
