Needs Quantity Stock - What does this mean ?

What does these mean ?

Those would used for either physical items that you have a limited number of. If so you would enter how many are available in Quantity Available  and check needs quantity stock

OK so If I set as 1 and there is currently an advertiser in the location -

Would the location be available to purchase ?

Would the location become available to purchase when the current advertiser expires ?

Or should I say, does the quantity increase / decrease as advertisers buy and expire ?

That one location would only allow one spot to be bought. It would decrease the amount of in stock down by one but currently does not increase when it expires and would need to be reset manually.
