SMF Store and SMFShop

I am curious if there is a way with SMF Store,  to sell "Credits"  for SMF Shop.    sooo  say we have a common currency of these Credits already on the site,  and we want to allow people to purchase more credits. can that be setup to automatically add Credits to people accounts when they pay for them?

ps you might check out simplemachines to see why they say SMFhacks supports SMF Shop..at least that what I see
