Add Comment Header

Would probably be a good idea to change "Add Comment" to something like "Add Full Comment" and further change "Add Comment" in the quick comment area to something like "Add Quick Comment". As it is now they seem like repetitive functions having the same headings when actually they are not. Would help uses to understand the difference between the two. Hope this helps.

Think I am going to change the Quick Reply Comment to Quick Comment instead of Add Comment.
