As per the title of the thread, no medium images are being created, if you view an image in the gallery it shows the full sized image.

There is a setting in under Admin -> Gallery Configuration -> Settings
"Generate medium size images" make sure that is checked and save.

Edit.
Just noticed there is no way to regenerate thumbs in members category, there should be 600 images but states zero, image attached.

I would try regenerating the thumbnails which also does the medium sized images.  Mostly likely the older images didn't have a medium sized image but all the new images will have a medium sized image.
When regenerating remember it uses the thumbnail and medium sized image settings.

Just regenerated 8 images, checked they were there before doing so and now they are gone.  >:( >:(

Fixed the bug for next update working on getting regenerate for user galleries now.

Issue occurred since normally we do not deal with sub sub folder storage in the gallery but since this was a conversion the old directory structure was saved

!Added GROUP By to search results query to fix duplicate images
+Gallery admins can now change the picture owner of user gallery images
+Manage categories now lists total images for user galleries
!Fixed bug in thumbnail/medium image regeneration when importing from other gallery software if the images are stored in sub sub folders
+You can now regenerate thumbnails,medium sized images for user galleries via manage categories

To upgrade just install the latest package you do not have to uninstall and reinstall.
