I paid via Paypal to renew my license, and got the confirmation email from Paypal. But haven't gotten an email from SMFhacks yet about the purchase, so I can renew the app. What do I need to do now? Thanks.

You won't receive an email if your renew is your license updated under
http://www.smfhacks.com/index.php?action=license

If so just head to the downloads forum.
