It completes? No errors in the bulk listing? At the end of the bulk upload it should list what files were uploaded that succedded and which one fails.

Well we have the same issue now.

Just installed Pro version.

Upload works. Fine.

Bulk upload only uploads 5 files, though all the fields are taken by images

Import files don't work. There is no errors. It just takes to the screen "Admin and 0 guests browsing the gallery"

So what's up with bulk and import?

I have all the  pertinent folders chmoded 777

It is is a known issue limited to 5 images for bulk uploads will be fixed in next release.

For the import folder. What types of files and how large are they?

I have my own server and different gallery installed. Any size loads with no problem.

For your Pro gallery I was trying to import jpg files from 10 to 150kb - really small files

I would recommend using the batch ftp add instead has a couple more options and allows you to turn off limits in case the images are over height,width,filesize etc.
