Problem with "BUY ADSPACE" Page

I did the upgrade and now the"buy adspace" page is blank. Any ideas?

As a guest when I clicked that link I can see three ad packages.

I found that when I upgraded, I had to go in and edit the settings again " ads per row/per page etc"

there is a broken image, I assume that is the "buy now" image. I am trying to find it on my server.

I cannot find the buy now button, is this something we create or is it in the package that gets installed?
