How do I get this working for my custom theme?

You can do a manually install on that theme using a package parser such as
http://resourcez.biz/PackageParser/

Or if needed we can install on one custom template would need you to attach your theme's template files to be modified.

May I ask for help making the changes to my custom theme as well? "astheme_20" I was doing the install, but this theme failed the install test.

Attached is the index.template.php before the install. Is that what you need, or should I do the install with the failures and then post that template?

OK thanks. I completed the install and the install showed a few failed tests on the "Astheme_20" theme. This attached file is the template after the install.

Ok so Ad Seller Pro is up and running, thanks.
How do I get ads on my portal page in Simple Portal?
There are Left, Top, Bottom, and Right Blocks. I want to be able to put ads there too.

You would create a custom ad location then place the custom code inside the portal block.

So when someone buys that ad it would then appear there after approval? Right now it appears as an empty little space on the portal page.

It should you can test by creating an ad an assigning it to that location.
