need help with another custom theme

i cant seem to find where to put some edits in the templates? can you help me? i can attach files required thanks

all the errors seem to occur at index template.php what files do you need? do i go on with installation then extract my custom theme coz default curve is perfect but the theme im going with has 4 errors and i cant find the proper lines to go with the edits
