Babylon Theme again

Hi,
I'm looking to use Ad Seller Pro on my SMF Forum, does the latest version work with Babylon theme set as default?

 Last time I tried to install it, it wouldn't work 'off-the-bat' in Babylon theme with a lot of faffing about and then stopped working after the first SMF update!

It will require custom theme edits to get working on that theme.

Easy hacks or long and complicated and have to be re-done whenever SMF updates?

Medium you won't have to redo it unless you do a large upgrade and overwrite the files.
