Newbie with quick question

Bought the mod and installed it last night.  Made all the changes and it appears to be running fine.  Paypals IPN was a little slow getting messages out though.

Ok, on to the question.  I'd like to have the links open in a new window.  So, I made the following changes:
href=target="_blank", but it dont work.  It tries to open a page on the forum that's not there,, rather than trying to go to the destination URL of the advertiser.

Is it a simple problem with my code?  I'm not the worlds best at php, but can get around a little bit.

What is the full line of code that you are editing
Instead of
href=target="_blank",
Just do the following to the link

Ok, the line I am editing is this:
<td><b><u><a href="' . $scripturl . '?action=adpro;sa=c&amp;id=' . $adRow['ID_AD'] . '"><font color="' . $adRow['ad_title_color'] . '">' . $adRow['ad_title'] . '</font></a></u></b></td>

So, do I just change it to this:
<td><b><u><a target="_blank"' . $scripturl . '?action=adpro;sa=c&amp;id=' . $adRow['ID_AD'] . '"><font color="' . $adRow['ad_title_color'] . '">' . $adRow['ad_title'] . '</font></a></u></b></td>

Also, do all the href's, or just a certain couple?  Sorry to be a pain.  I tried the above to all instances, but the links were not clickable.
