Classifieds as a listing not an auction

I've purchased, installed and started configuring the smf classifieds mod. Having a few problems though.
1- I want to use the mod for my members to post for free just their listings/pics of what they want to sell. I Do Not want to use the auction part. I cant figure out how to remove the auction and leave the post as just a listing. If another member is interested in purchasing the item they would just send a personal message to the poster.

2- how does someone leave a comment? Can't find a tab that says comments.

3-  I did a test run on a listing and clicked buy now. Once I clicked buy now that closed the listing down, how do I change that option?

The site is irishdancingcommunity.com and I am running smf 1.1.13

#1 To disable a category from having auctions. Edit a category and unncheck the "Can have auction listings" option and save. This will allow only listings.

#2.  Make sure you when add a category you have "Allow comments" checked if not go back to edit category and check that option.
There are also two other membergroup permissions:
"Add Comments" allows that membergroup to add comments
"Auto Approve Comments" - allows the comments to be auto approved without classifieds admins having to approve the comments.

#3. What would you like to see happen when you click buy it now?
