Change the color of the footer links

Where can I change the color of the links-text on the foot "Insertar SubCategoria  Insertar producto Volver a los anuncios clasificados" because as you can see the bar is blue and the text over is grei, and is dificult to read it.

I did it, but not work, have a look to the footer were is the text "Insertar producto Volver a los anuncios clasificados" on http://www.elforodeltenis.com/index.php?action=classifieds;cat=1 the colors are very similar.

Yes I resolved it thanks. I changed the style in the template.
