Approval On All New Photo Posts?

Our forum is in a part of the world where there is some growing sensitivity on the type of pictures posted on web sites. I was wondering if there is a feature, or if one could be added, which allows admins to have to approve all new photo uploads before they go online? I thought there was a setting for this already, but I can't seem to find it. Thanks.

Thanks anyway, I think I found the setting under general forum Membergroup Permissions.

Is there some way though to set it up so that every time there is a picture awaiting approval a notification email will be sent to all admins?
