Ads Rotation in Column

I am very interesting in purchasing a copy of the Ad seller PRO, and I have a question.

Will I be able to set a column with rotation ads?  To be more details, all ads will rotate vertically in a column, which can be preset for 5 - 6 locations in vertical, for instance.

If you assign multiple ads to a ad location they will autorotate them selves.
The system also allows you to create custom ad locations so if you need multiple stacked ad locations that is possible as well.
