I would like to buy smf classifieds, but I am running on a Windows server and I don't think fsockopen is available for the Windows PHP environment. Can anyone verify this? And if so does that mean that smf classifieds will not work in the Windows PHP environment?

Windows does support fsockopen. I run this website on a windows server with IIS
