Viewing Gallery

OK my partner just installed the gallery for me and then left to go out of town.  So right now because I am admin I can see the  gallery and add to it,  but nobody else can.  Can somebody tell me what needs to be done so that the gallery can be view in other areas of the site and not just admin?

Admin -> Permissions -> Click on each membergroup and give them permission to view the gallery and any other permissions you want them to have.

After posting this I am looking through the site and I  found information that tells me that if we are using any other theme besides the default theme that in gallery button will not appear.  We are using one of Rebel Roses thems so I am assuming that this is our problems because permission have be reset.

Rebel Rose's themes might have the gallery button support some fo them do some don't. Check your permissions first for each user group in the forum's admin first though.
