product review mod

i am currently using a topic rating mod that works for product reviews but could use a lot of additions making it more professional looking. here is the link to the current mod i am using.

i like that you can choose which category to use the rating, but would like it to say how many people posted a review and an overall better user interface. have one box where users can add comments, choose their rating then post.
