Double Copyright

I have installed and uninstalled Ad Management a couple of times and at some point it failed to delete the footer. Now when I re-install it there are two footers.
I have no intention of getting rid of both foot, I just need to know how to remove the one that it permanently stuck there. Is there anyway that I will ever be told how to do this or a file that someone can edit that will remove it without my knowing how?
