Upgrade - definition of "install on top"
« on: October 31, 2011, 11:23:46 pm »

I am about to update from version 1.3.10 to 2.0 and am a little uncertain about the upgrade.

In the announcement, you state that we should "install the latest version SMF Classifieds 2.0 on top".

Are you talking about overwriting files through FTP or is this something the package manager can do.

I am using SMF 1.1.15.

To upgrade just install SMF Classifieds 2.0 using the package manager and it should handle everything for you.

Just upgraded using the package manager. No problems occurred. Thanks.
