problem :S

Hey guys i just opened my forum  and wanted to add mods. to it. I found lots ov them like installin msn on ur forum, intallin tv on ur forum and ect. So im downloading these mods and saving them on my desktop (.zip) . Then goin to packet manager and uploading them. Uploading is very easy but when i try to install them the 'execution modification' part is succesful but not the 'extracting' part ex:
i tried to install a youtube vewyer in my site

Installing this package will perform the following actions:  Type Action Description

1. Execute Modification ./Sources/Subs.php Test successful
2. Execute Modification ./Themes/default/Post.template.php Test successful
3. Execute Modification ./Themes/default/languages/Modifications.english.php Test successful
4. Extract File Themes/default/images/bbc/youtube.gif    nothing


all the mods have the same prob. help needed plz...
