Help, no able to upload photos

The one error that concerns me is the SQL error.
The other ones look like permissions.

Recheck your permissions on the gallery folder any subfolder underneth they should all be writable

everything checks out..I also did a repair on my DB.  Permissions on the fuploader file were at 755 so I changed to 777.   New error today, bulk loader is no longer working.  Lets say you have 3 files you want to load.   It only loads the first one then just sits there.
