I am getting this error in my error log, can anyone help?

Copy the txt strings from modifications.english.php to all your themes modifications.english.php file

If you are using another language you will need to copy the strings there as well.

Where can I find the modifications.eglish.php file and how do I copy the txt strings, I know enough to be dangerous.

You would need to open up the file in notepad then copy all that information to the other modifcations file.
