Remove Send to a Friend

This is probably another obvious setting that I'm missing but I can't seem to find it. Classifieds on my forum are open to a limited audience so I don't want users sending the ads around. Thanks.

Posted an update which added a setting to do this

+Added setting to hide the send to friend under Classifieds Configuration -> Layout Settings -> Hide Send To Friend Link

Just download the latest version and install and will include that feature.
