RSS Feed Poster skips latest feed item

This mod is perfect for my purposes, but I can't seem to figure out why it is ignoring the latest item in the feed.  I'm using it to monitor a podcast feed that i set up using Podcast Generator.  Whenever I upload a new podcast, the previous one finally gets posted to my board.  I don't know if this matters, but when I first set it up I had it go to a test board that only admins see, then once I saw that it seemed to be working I edited the feed to go to the public board.  I've tried regenerating the XML and forcing the scheduled task to run, but it simply ignores the latest item in the feed.  Any suggestions?  I could delete and re-add the feed but I'd rather not unless it really would help, since I have the forum linked to Twitter and Facebook and it will repost the old entries.  iTunes and RSS Graffiti don't have any problems reading the feed so I think the XML is sound.

This seems to be the one problem with this mod, which is ironic because the whole point is to post news yet it doesn't seem to post the most recent item. I have been looking everywhere for a solution. If anyone knows anything that would be most appreciated.
