Customize or add more fields in Add Picture

Hi,

i would like to add more fields in Add Picture section instead of title, category, description, keywords and upload picture.

which file need to be modified and which part?

Gallery.template.php Gallery.php and the database would need to be edited.

There would need to be a database edit...Not a simple php config.
