Related Topics when in Image view

Currently there are "related images" included in this mod. Is it possible to have a "related topics" part? For instance, if you're displaying an image with the title tree house, it will find topics with the keywords tree and house, and display the first 4, for instance.

Could this be done, I currently have the pro version.

I would need to integrate the related topics mod into the system in order to support that. So that would be an extra mod that would need to be installed.

Would it be hard to do? You once created a mod for me that found similar images to topic titles, wouldn't it just be the opposite this time?
