SMF Classifieds as default front page?

Just curious if there is any best way to have the SMF Classifieds appear as the default front page for a site?

Possible to do would require a patch to the index.php. Do you still want a link to the forum? That would require an edit to the sources/subs.php

Thank you. I have attached the index.php and subs.php files. I was thinking to keep the forum link at the top menu list but not absolutely necessary.

Fantastic. This look looks to work great so far and has no issues with SimplePortal installed even (provided I have it set to not put the portal as the front page of course). I am surprised this has not been requested more often so as to make it an official mod. It is great for those who want to run their site with the classifieds features as the primary function.

i hope some kind of local point system within classifieds was implemented.
