Error: You need to enter a download title.

Seems I run into this problem some time ago, but after some searching I can't seem to find the solution.

When I try to upload a 16.7MB file I get the error message, "You need to enter a download title."

Even though I have entered a title.

Seems smaller files I can upload just fine without getting that error message.

Under my upload file text box it says,
Max Filesize is 95.37MB

So I don't know if it has anything to do with the file size or not.

We also switched our host to coreISP and everything has been working great, but was wondering if this error could be the result of any type of setting our host would maybe need to change.

Have you tried increasing your php limits?

There are two variables in php that affect how large of a file is uploaded into the system.
