Adding an Ad to downloads

I use the Ad Management from you guys to put up a couple google ads. I only use one ad throughout my site. I need that ad like right around the Download button/link. 
Anyone know where I can add the code in.  Thanks!

It would be in themes/default/downloads.template.php
And then search for the template_view_download function or something named similar to that.

I'll play around with it.  Should I add anything special in or can I copy it out of what the AD Management installed?
