is there a user guide of some sort for this?

I've tried about 10 different ways to get a post to schedule in our test environment, and no luck

I've tried in a 2.0.x version of the forum and 2.1.17, too, and no luck

We don't have a ton of mods on our site - a youtube embedder, a twitter embedder, a spoiler mod, and a dice roller, and that's about it.

for some reason, it doesn't matter what we set things for (time, topic #, 'fake cron' checked on or off, etc) I can't get the test post to actually post.
