Downloads based on Subscription Date

A good feature would be to allow so many subcriptions per paid subscription period.

e.g. if someone paid £99 for a month as a VIP they would get 6 downloads per month
if someone paid £49 for a month as a standard member they would get only 2 downloads per month.

The time of the month is based upon their subscription payment date from paypal which would reset each month when a new subscription is paid.
