Feature Request: Ban individual members from downloading.

Would be cool if we could ban individual members from downloading.

Have it so they could still see the download page and button, but get a message... "you do not have permission to download this file" when they click the download button.

What do you think of that?

What would be a reason to ban a member from downloads but still keep them part of the forum not banned?

I have members that I see in our download section day after day downloading their daily limit of service manuals that never contribute to our site.

It would be interesting to be able to ban these members from the downloads only to see how they react.

Just a thought...
