Can we keep it all to one membergroup?

Sorry if I missed this but my basic question before buying the pro version is...

I have a fishing forum and some paid members are labelled "Star Members". Can I configure Gallery Pro so only Star Members can create their individual galleries and only Star Members, in general. can view all the galleries?

Yes that is possible the entire gallery has permissions on a membergroup level for the following:
Viewing the gallery
Adding pictures
Bulk add pictures
Personal gallery
Editing pictures
Deleting Pictures
Rating pictures
Adding comments on pictures
Auto Approve Comments/Pictures
