It seems to be working now

I do some caching on things such as badges to reduce sql queries.

Not sure if i should remove seems like it causes more trouble..But it is better for performance.

FWIW... I am not sure if it was working or I just got it somehow but I did get a Poll Voting badge back at around 2:00PM... and I've not done any of the edits mentioned in this thread RE: Poll voting.   I can test with a new user if requested.

It auto checks for in the rebadge member history function.

But the edits above do it automatically when someone votes

Yeah, its odd, because it works for EVERY member i've checked so far except the admin (my account lol). I can live with that.
