Only Moderation Center

Can I allow my moderators to access only the Moderation Center? or to access the following items.

Files waiting approval: 3  Check File Approval List
Files reported: 1  Check Reported Files
Comments waiting approval: 2  Check Comments Approval List
Comments reported: 1  Check Reported Comments
