allowing more file types

how can I allow different file types to be uploaded? I need the same list of types that i allow as attachments to work.

The download system does not have any limits on what files can be uploaded to the download system any file type is allowed.

any time I try a file type thats not zip and rar it gives me an error I'd like to upload .sim and .simpack files.

OK it seemed to work this time, but I did get this error:


Board structure corrupt: unable to find parent board

Ok that's a different issue. That means you have a downloads category that is posting to a forum board that no longer exists.

Edit each download category and save and make sure the posting board is valid still.
