How does "My Watch List" and "Who is Watching Me" works?

There is this feature on the Gallery Pro: http://themobilephotographyblog.com/gallery/?sa=mywatchlist that I don't know how it works or it's supposed to do.

Can anyone elucidate me about it?

When you view a picture. There is a tab/link called "Notify Member Updates" when clicked you subscribe that member and are notified when ever they post an item.

My Watch List - is the members you are subscribed to.

Who is watching me - is a list of members subscribed to your updates.

That is basically a feature that I had requested which is "My Favorite Photographers" and "Who has me as Favorite Photographer".

- Add the possibility of marking favorite of members too (favorite member) to allow easy track of some member photo

Is it possible to change the text, like "Notify Member Updates" to "Mark as Favorite Photographer" and change also the "My Watch List" and "Who is Watching Me" designations too?  If so, where?

Yes you can edit the themes/default/languages/gallery.english.php file and just search and edit the text in there.
