Ads duplicated

I need help. I've had the ad mod for displaying adsense on my forum for years and through the years I've had to reinstall for various issues and now every time I make a change on an ad it shows up 3 times. 3 different ads display. I've tried to fix it and now it shows all three entries in my admin panel but it's not displaying any ads at all. I'll gladly upgrade to pro and pay whatever but I need to be sure it's going to display correctly.

Can I attach the template files here and have someone edit them for me or something?

Ad management mod or Ad Seller Pro

I just need to be able to display my adsense ads on a regular SMF forum but the ad management mod appears to be installed three times and I don't know how to clean it up.

I would get get the manual install instructions from this page

Then remove the duplicate code that was added to the themes.
