RSS feed icon

I saw another topic on this but this appears to be different. \

I installed a fresh SMF forum and installed the RSS Feed Icon Mod. It worked perfectly. However, I installed the Actualism theme that I downloaded from the SMF forum and the icons don't show anymore. there is a placeholder for them, the old red X trick. Anyway, I like the theme and want to keep it.. what do I need to do to make the Icons viewable again?

I believe copy to the custom themes folder.

You have me confused...my custom theme is installed where it is supposed to be and it works just fine. The feed icons are what need fixed not my theme I am guessing that RSS.png is the issue but I don't know where to put it to correct the issue

Got it, now another question... Do these icons actually have functionality on their own or is there another mod required to work with it?

Just adds a link to the rss feed. RSS feeds must be enabled under news and newsletters
