Favorites

Add the following functions related with Favorites:

- Add the possibility to Show the number of members that favorite some picture (info similar as Rating by xx members when viewing the picture)
- Add the possibility to see who has marked as favorite some picture (like "View Ratings")
- Add the possibility of marking favorite of members too (favorite member) to allow easy track of some member photo

This would be a real great add-on to the Gallery.

- Add the possibility of marking favorite of members too (favorite member) to allow easy track of some member photo

This is not needed since the Gallery has a similar feature that allows to track the photos from some members (still, would be nice to disable email notifications, leaving to the member the option to browse the photos when accessing his favorite members).
