How to link Downloads to a SMF Category?

How do you link Downloads to a SMF Category or Board, like how Classifieds is linked as a Category?

There is an option when add a downloads category or edit downloads category.
Near the bottom look for the area called "Posting Options" and set the board you want that category to post to.
