IPN failures

I'm getting IPN failures from Paypal. I've been trying in the sandbox, and I'm getting 403 errors. This is happening for storeipn2.php, classifiedsipn2.php and downloadsipn2.php. The store is the most critical to get back up.

I've tried changing ownership, as well as chmodding (644, 755 and 777) with no results.
Any idea what else could be going on?

I've gotten one failed IPN warning email from Paypal. Transactions are not appearing.

What does that full email say?

Please check your server that handles PayPal Instant Payment Notifications (IPN). IPNs sent to the following URL(s) are failing:

http://www.zebrahuddle.com/storeipn2.php

If you do not recognize this URL, you may be using a service provider that is using IPN on your behalf. Please contact your service provider with the above information. If this problem continues, IPNs may be disabled for your account.

Still no notification email from SMF Store and no listing in the transactions.

In that log above known of those look like normal paypal posts to that page.

Download the latest Store beta.
Try disabling ipn in your paypal profile then re-enable and put in that url.
Try doing http://www.zebrahuddle.com/storeipn2.php without the www.

I have yet to be able to uninstall the store to do the upgrade. Most of the files are failing and I have not had the time to do this manually.

I am nearly certain you can just upgrade without uninstalling the old version.
