I too have been unable to find what is causing this.  It seems when The recent images is installed the errors occur.  When it is uninstalled they go away.

I am having the same issue after presumably installing the recent images header. I did not realize this until today.

This almost crashed my server as the error table grew several GB in size with time and almost took up the entire space of my /var partition.. A solution would be appreciated! I have disabled error logging for now.
