Users Store Setting

On the category permissions, there is;

• View
• Add Comment
• User Store

I get the top two but what is User Store?

Can you explain? should this be on for guests?

User Store should be disabled for guests.

Basically it allows users to add their own products to the store and sell products using their own paypal account
