User reports unable to upload photo.

I have a user that says that they can't upload photos... they get to 98% and just quit. They're using firefox.

The forum is on 2.0.4 and latest gallery.

There are no errors or other indications of anything being wrong.

I don't know what to tell them, and was hoping you might have some ideas. I understand this probably isn't a gallery issue.

I would first try to figure out is it any photos or just that one photo. Is the photo too large? Could be an ISP issue. Since the file progress is before it even gets to Gallery Pro.

I have a member that cant upload either, it says 100% uploaded and complete but no pictures were uploaded.  I logged on from my pc and it worked.  I am using IE9 he is using IE10 both on windows 7...
