please help ! i need modify the Classifieds category & create new listing?

im new here but i got this problem : When installed SMF Classifieds, it automatically created a "Classifieds" category, but I can not find where I can modify.  I attach 2 screen capture of what I mean.

i also attached the Control panel pic , but like you see there is no option to create a new listing or create a new categorie
in the classified.  can you please help ?

more info my board use :  SMF 2.0.4 | SMF © 2013, Simple Machines and SimplePortal 2.3.5 © 2008-2012, SimplePortal

and i just got today SMF classified

The classifieds on the board index is a setting under classifieds settings called "Integrate with the Board Index of the forum" turning that off will remove it from your board index.
Classified categories don't appear in the board index until you add them.


To create/add and edit categories. Click on the Classifieds menu icon in the main menu of your forum and then find the add category link.
